Overview

The Customer Success Manager is responsible for ensuring mutual success between the customer and the company by proactively managing accounts, onboarding customers, and driving adoption of services.

Requirements

  • Experience with Gainsight and Salesforce.
  • Experience in workforce development or EdTech.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of customer success or related experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Self-motivated and organized.
  • Strong presentation skills.
