Close is seeking a Customer Success Manager to enhance customer retention and growth by working with various startups and growing companies.

In Short

  • Drive retention and growth among new customers.
  • Engage with founders and CEOs as their Close consultant.
  • Book account reviews to help customers build strong sales processes.
  • Communicate effectively across multiple platforms.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and upsell customers.
  • Host group trainings and interactive demos.
  • Research to identify high growth and at-risk customers.
  • Work closely with Success and Sales teams.
  • Build rapport with new customers quickly.
  • Manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in a B2B SaaS customer success role.
  • Experience with frontline sales or CRM platforms is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time.
  • High emotional intelligence and rapport-building skills.
  • Experience in a startup and remote environment.
  • Based in the U.S. and proficient in English.
