Overview

As the Legal Operations Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our legal processes, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all contract reviews by establishing and enforcing guidelines and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will keep all stakeholders informed with regular updates, maintaining transparency and clarity on the status of legal matters.

• Oversee the legal review process for all legal documents.
• Lead contract negotiations ensuring favorable terms.
• Manage all legal agreements ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
• Serve as the first point of contact for reviewing contracts.
• Escalate complex legal matters to legal counsel when necessary.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external legal partners.
• Manage legal counsel’s workload appropriately.

Requirements

• Passion for understanding the law.
• Experience as a paralegal or recent law school graduate.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate directly and negotiate effectively.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with resale or brokerage negotiations is a plus.
