Overview

As the People & Talent Specialist at Inflect, your role is in a strategic partnership with our VP of People Operations. You will be a key engine behind our growth and a guardian of our core values and culture that puts a premium on diversity and inclusivity.

• 75% Talent Acquisition and 25% People Operations.
• Craft compelling job descriptions and conduct phone screens.
• Champion internal HR initiatives and onboarding programs.
• Focus on quality over quantity in recruitment.
• Build diverse, equitable, and inclusive candidate pipelines.
• Provide a high-quality candidate experience.
• Train hiring managers on effective interviewing.
• Enhance the onboarding experience for new hires.
• Implement initiatives to keep the remote team connected.
• Partner with the VP of People Ops on various HR tasks.
