Overview

As a Content & Social Media Marketing Specialist at Inflect, you will be the voice, the visual storyteller, and the community heartbeat of our brand. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, you will help produce the end-to-end lifecycle of our content, from SEO-optimized blogs to the tactical "boots on the ground" engagement on social media and communities.

Requirements

• Experience in content creation and social media management.
• Real-world graphic design experience (Canva, Figma, etc.).
• Familiarity with community marketing and platforms like LinkedIn and Reddit.
• A strong "can-do" attitude and commitment to quality.
• Ability to structure content and test assumptions.
