Overview

We are a cutting-edge telemedicine services company specializing in providing remote patient monitoring services 24/7/365. We are setting the standard in the field of neuro-telemetry and we need people to join our rapidly growing team. We're looking to hire team-oriented, self-motivated individuals who are excited to grow with us.

In Short

Part-time flex role with shift time: Saturday 10pm - 10am PST
High volume call intake from hospital clients
Detail oriented, inputting data to proprietary system
Coordinate patient assignments to appropriate technologists and/or physicians
Assist with investigating and resolving staff issues/concerns
Monitor patient flow and coordinate shift changes
Document in internal log, shift issues/occurrences
Ensure compliance with administrative policies
Ensure proper communication flow to next shift Coordinators
Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience in dispatch, call center, customer service or hospitality
Friendly, patient, professional demeanor
Critical thinking and organization skills
Extremely detail-oriented with multi-tasking skills
Proven computer skills including Microsoft Office
Experience in working night shifts preferred
Healthcare/Medical Office experience a plus
Self-reliant/remote working experience a plus
Must have a dedicated workspace, HIPAA compliant
Must have reliable internet
Bachelor’s degree preferred
