Overview

We are a cutting-edge telemedicine services company specializing in providing remote patient monitoring services 24/7/365. We are setting the standard in the field of neuro-telemetry and we need people to join our rapidly growing team. We're looking to hire team-oriented, self-motivated individuals who are excited to grow with us.

In Short

  • Part-time flex role with shift time: Saturday 10pm - 10am PST
  • High volume call intake from hospital clients
  • Detail oriented, inputting data to proprietary system
  • Coordinate patient assignments to appropriate technologists and/or physicians
  • Assist with investigating and resolving staff issues/concerns
  • Monitor patient flow and coordinate shift changes
  • Document in internal log, shift issues/occurrences
  • Ensure compliance with administrative policies
  • Ensure proper communication flow to next shift Coordinators
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in dispatch, call center, customer service or hospitality
  • Friendly, patient, professional demeanor
  • Critical thinking and organization skills
  • Extremely detail-oriented with multi-tasking skills
  • Proven computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Experience in working night shifts preferred
  • Healthcare/Medical Office experience a plus
  • Self-reliant/remote working experience a plus
  • Must have a dedicated workspace, HIPAA compliant
  • Must have reliable internet
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
