Overview

Veolia Water Technologies and Solutions is looking for a skilled Legal Operations Coordinator to support the North American Legal department, managing administrative and legal operations while ensuring confidentiality and effective communication.

In Short

• Support the General Counsel and Senior Legal Operations Manager.
• Manage legal billing and matter management solutions.
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable for timely payments.
• Maintain data integrity and generate reports.
• Draft correspondence and prepare meeting minutes.
• Handle sensitive legal documents with confidentiality.
• Collaborate with colleagues across multiple departments.
• Work in a hybrid model: 3 days in office, 2 days remote.
• 5% annual travel maximum.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Fluency in English; French or Spanish is a plus.
• Highly self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Exceptional organization and time management skills.
• Superior communication skills for complex information.
• Tech-savvy with experience in legal software.
• Detail-oriented with a strategic approach.
