Operations Coordinator - Remote

Overview

As an Operations Coordinator at Barkbus, you will support Groomers and the Groomer Operation team to ensure that every dog gets the perfect groom, while proactively managing communication and scheduling.

In Short

• Bridge communication between Pet Stylists and clients.
• Manage communication for Pet Stylists during appointments.
• Ensure calendar hygiene for Pet Stylists.
• Coordinate with Sales and Operations to reschedule appointments.
• Follow up with clients for outstanding payments.
• Learn about dog characteristics and local geography.
• Support Pet Stylists for a world-class client experience.
• Handle other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must love both people and dogs!
• 1 year of experience in a client-facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proven time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to organizational needs.
• Proficient with Google productivity suite.
• Ability to work weekends.
