Operations Coordinator - Remote

Overview

As Operations Coordinator, you will work closely with the Senior Operations Manager to continually improve our customer experience through a holistic approach to customer service, fulfillment, production, and other aspects of Christianity Today's (CT) operations.

In Short

• Assist with customer service, answering emails and phone calls and providing effective support for customers.
• Help process mailed renewal responses to ensure uninterrupted subscriptions.
• Manage schedules and instructions for print orders and fulfillment operations.
• Collaborate with departments and vendors for magazine mailings.
• Oversee fulfillment functions such as downloading reports and tracking inventory.
• Familiarize with print production processes to serve as a backup when needed.
• Attend relevant team and all-staff meetings.
• Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or communications.
• 3-5 years experience in fulfillment, publishing, logistics, or customer service.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Effective communication with customers and team members.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
