In Short

• Manage high-volume inbound and outbound communications with patients.
• Schedule consultations aligned with performance metrics.
• Utilize Salesforce to manage patient follow-ups.
• Guide patients through registration and onboarding.
• Coordinate provider referrals and verify insurance eligibility.
• Educate patients on treatment options and processes.
• Re-engage previous patients to support consult volume.
• Provide administrative support for patient onboarding.
• Maintain attention to detail across multiple platforms.
• Work independently in a remote environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in healthcare administration or patient coordination.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Must work Pacific or Mountain Standard Time hours.
