• Facilitate inbound and outbound calls from clients and families.
• Build trust and gather client information.

Requirements

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of sales experience; healthcare admissions experience is a plus.
• Proven track record in exceeding performance targets.
• 1+ year of experience with Salesforce.
• Ability to work on a shift-based schedule.
• Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with HIPAA policies is a plus.
• Experience working with adolescents and young adults is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
