Charlie Health is on a mission to connect individuals to life-saving behavioral health treatment. We are looking for a Talent Operations Specialist to support our recruiting team by executing core operational functions and ensuring seamless candidate experiences.

In Short

• Manage requests through our operations request portal
• Execute administrative tasks in various recruiting software
• Support university recruiting efforts
• Maintain accurate candidate data
• Conduct data audits
• Provide troubleshooting for recruiting system issues
• Support candidate experience initiatives
• Assist with onboarding new team members
• Support special projects from recruiting teams
• Help with interview scheduling and candidate communication

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 1-3 years in recruiting operations or related role
• Experience with applicant tracking systems
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service mindset
• Experience with recruiting tools is a plus
• Basic analytical skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Work authorized in the USA
