• Lead a team of 4-8 recruiters in Behavioral Health Operations.
• Utilize data for performance management and process improvements.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of recruiting experience, both agency and in-house preferred.
• At least two years of managing a team of four or more recruiters.
• Experience in high-volume recruiting environments.
• Proficiency in using social media for talent sourcing.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels.
• Strong project management capabilities in fast-paced settings.
• Work authorization in the United States and English proficiency.
• Able to work a hybrid schedule in NYC, within commuting distance.
