In Short

• Manage full-cycle recruiting process, sourcing and building relationships with candidates, creating positive interview experiences, and managing the offer process across the organization.
• Lead talent management strategy across our growing Operations, Manufacturing, Strategy and Supply Chain positions.
• Develop creative recruiting strategies and proactively build a robust pipeline of diverse A+ talent.
• Be a strategic partner to Dandy’s leadership team by providing strategic talent mapping and market insights.
• Build and provide weekly data-driven insights to business leaders to improve recruiting processes.
• Manage and drive projects contributing to the design and improvement of recruiting tools and processes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a tech start-up.
• Track record of success recruiting for roles at all levels.
• Excellent networking skills and ability to engage high-caliber candidates.
• Strong communication skills and ability to advise leaders on recruiting best practices.
• Experience using recruiting metrics to identify problems and drive decisions.
