Senior Recruiter - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a diverse range of positions across multiple departments and regions. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver top talent in a timely and efficient manner.

In Short

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across various roles and levels
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and establish effective recruitment strategies
• Source candidates using a variety of methods including LinkedIn, job boards, talent databases, referrals, and direct outreach
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience from application to onboarding
• Track recruitment metrics and generate reports to improve hiring processes
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices and trends in global recruitment, with a focus on remote hiring
• Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders in Russian and English

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced, international environment
• Proven success recruiting for a wide variety of roles and industries
• Strong sourcing skills and experience with modern recruitment tools and platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Russian and English
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple roles simultaneously
• Experience in remote hiring practices and familiarity with remote work tools
• Ability to adapt recruitment strategies based on business needs and market trends
