In Short

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across a range of roles—engineering, product, sales, marketing, customer success, finance and more—for the Americas region.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, coaching them on hiring best practices, market trends, and talent strategy.
• Source and attract top talent throughout various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media and employee referrals.
• Champion a best-in-class candidate experience from first touch to offer stage and beyond.
• Partner cross-functionally with Total Rewards, Finance, HR Business Partners, and other key stakeholders to align on compensation, budget, headcount planning, and organizational design.
• Collaborate on employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Set up, monitor and analyze recruitment metrics, using data-driven insights.
• Help elevate and evolve our global TA processes, tools, and systems.
• Define and drive process building through levels of ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
• Experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles.
• Proven ability to be a strategic partner and trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior leaders.
• Strong understanding of the Americas talent market, with a deep awareness of sourcing best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred) and sourcing tools.
• Comfortable working independently in a globally distributed team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to support a globally distributed team across multiple time zones.
