Strategic Analyst - Commercial FP&A - Remote

Overview

Diligent is looking for a talented, strategic analyst to join our Commercial FP&A organization. You will play a critical role in our global FP&A team, partner closely with our Executive team and Commercial leaders to drive robust financial planning, forecasting, and business analysis.

In Short

• Deliver high-quality financial forecasts and operational analyses for the Commercial team.
• Work directly with commercial leadership to support strategic plans and budgets.
• Participate in annual and monthly financial planning processes.
• Drive strategic analysis in areas such as GTM strategies and commercial efficiency.
• Support investment case development and ROI analysis.
• Identify and lead initiatives to improve forecasting and reporting tools.
• Deliver timely and accurate executive-level reporting and insights.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a senior financial and operations role.
• Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and communication skills.
• Strong financial modeling experience and attention to detail.
• Advanced skill level in ERP financial systems.
• Experience creating annual plans for a GTM organization.
• Proven ability to establish strategic initiatives and define performance indicators.
• Ability to influence and build collaborative relationships.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
