Senior Value Engineer - Remote

Overview

Diligent is looking for a highly professional and motivated individual to combine their technical knowledge with commercial skills to effectively uncover and develop solutions for prospects and customers in the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) space.

In Short

• Understand GRC business requirements to develop tailored software solutions.
• Develop and present Business Cases and Value Assessments.
• Gather and analyze business, technical, and financial information.
• Conduct gap analyses to identify opportunities for benefit realization.
• Deliver software demonstrations and proof of concepts to customers.
• Collaborate with sales and other teams for customer experiences.
• Support the sales process and explain company and product vision.
• Support marketing events including webinars and conferences.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in product management, especially in Data SaaS products.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong experience with sales methodologies like MEDDIC/MEDDPIC.
• Adaptive mindset to drive customer value.
• Ability to analyze and model ROI and TCO concepts.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
