Overview

As a Senior Engineer at Tavern Research, you will contribute to building tools and insights that help customers win elections and make informed decisions, while working in a fast-paced political tech startup environment.

In Short

Build internal and external tools for message and creative generation.
Support media monitoring and survey capabilities.
Develop strategic insights for clients through tool synthesis.
Conduct advanced R&D for new products.
Manage multiple projects in a complex environment.
Engage in development of unit tests and code reviews.
Independently manage tool and feature development.
5+ years of experience required.
Experience with LLMs and end-to-end product development.
Strong understanding of databases, APIs, and infrastructure.

Requirements

Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with testing strategies and quality assurance.
No degree required, skills matter more.
Political experience is a plus but not necessary.
