As a Senior Recruiter at SaaS Talent, you will oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience while collaborating with hiring managers to meet business objectives.

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

Requirements

• 3-6+ years of experience in technical recruiting.
• C1 Level English proficiency is a MUST.
• Experience managing stalled hiring processes effectively.
• Proven experience sourcing candidates across multiple industries.
• Strong LinkedIn experience with Boolean search capabilities.
• Self-starter with a desire to learn and excel.
• Excited to work in a startup environment with adaptability to change.
• Goal-oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team.
