Senior Recruiter - Remote

Overview

This isn’t just a recruiting seat—it’s a leadership track. We’re looking for someone who can fill roles fast, match candidates with care, and improve our recruiting systems along the way. You’ll start as a doer, but you won’t stay there. If you succeed, you’ll help build and lead our talent function.

In Short

• Own full-cycle recruitment for VA, admin, and ops roles across multiple clients
• Source actively using job boards, Facebook groups, boolean searches, referrals, and creative outreach
• Conduct screening interviews focused on skill, character, and culture fit
• Coordinate assessments, reference checks, and client interviews
• Keep our ATS and tracking dashboards organized, clean, and up-to-date
• Improve job posts, scorecards, and internal processes to reduce time-to-fill
• Help define and track KPIs like time-to-fill and qualified leads per role
• Build partnerships with freelance recruiters, training centers, and talent networks (bonus)

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruitment experience (agency, internal, or freelance)
• Experience placing Filipino talent into U.S.-based roles
• Ability to source hard-to-find talent through creative methods
• Fast, organized, and allergic to bottlenecks
• Ability to execute and spot opportunities to improve systems
• Comfortable taking ownership and making decisions
• Strong judgment and an eye for long-term fit
• Experience hiring in trades-adjacent roles (bonus)
