We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented candidate to join our Talent Experience Team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in assisting with global talent processes, driving digitalization initiatives on Workday, and implementing global policies.

Requirements

• MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in HR operations or talent management.
• Familiarity with Jira for ticket management.
• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
