Overview

As a Senior Human People Partner supporting our G&A organization, you’ll act as a strategic advisor and coach to executives, managers and team members. You’ll drive talent management initiatives, people programs, and organizational design that align with our fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to G&A leaders on all people-related matters.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive HRBP/People Partner experience.
• Experience in ambiguous, high-growth, and startup environments.
• Success in driving organizational change and team scaling.
• Proficiency in handling complex employee relations.
• Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and consulting skills.
• Exceptional communication skills.
