The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a trusted advisor to designated business units, balancing day-to-day HR responsibilities with longer-term strategic initiatives. This role requires an individual who thrives in fast-moving, agile environments and enjoys working as part of a lean team.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive HRBP or equivalent HR experience.
  • Strong track record in managing employee relations independently.
  • Experience in a lean team within an agile organization.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Strong business acumen linking HR strategy to business results.
  • Proven experience coaching leaders at all levels.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR analytics.
