Overview

The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) serves as a strategic and hands on partner to Operations leadership, providing comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Operations leadership.
  • Provide guidance on performance management and employee relations.
  • Lead workplace investigations and support sensitive HR matters.
  • Draft and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct training for leaders on HR best practices.
  • Analyze people management data to identify trends.
  • Support compliance with employment laws.
  • Manage leave of absence and reasonable accommodation processes.
  • Travel 25%–50% for site visits.
  • Work independently with minimal oversight.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Seven or more years of HR experience.
  • Experience in employee relations and workplace investigations.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive matters with discretion.
  • Proven ability to balance business needs and employee experience.
  • HR certification preferred (SHRM, PHR).
