Requirements

• 7-10+ years of relevant HR experience.
• 2 years in a late stage start-up environment.
• Experience in a matrix or team-based environment.
• Strong collaborative relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
• HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) required; SPHR or SHRM-SCP preferred.
• Experience working in a 100% remote environment is a plus.
