The Billing Specialist is responsible for invoicing all clients in a timely and accurate manner, requiring strong computer skills and excellent organizational skills.

• 3+ years of professional services billing experience.
• Experience with Sage Intacct, NetSuite, or Quickbooks online accounting system preferred.
• Understanding of the billing process from start to finish.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience with 1099 contractor professional services billing required.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
