Billing Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Billing Specialist will be responsible for managing payment processing, handling payment cards, and ensuring timely payments while maintaining communication with banks and suppliers.

In Short

• Payment processing - entering transfers into online banking, keeping an eye on timely payments
• Handling of payment cards
• Contacting banks, handling applications related to payment cards
• Settlement of foreign trips
• Control and settlement of liabilities - offsets, confirmations of balances, contact with suppliers
• Intercompany settlements

Requirements

• Experience in the area of billing - minimum 1 year
• Knowledge of Enova 365
• Knowledge in the field of accounting for domestic and international business trips
• Knowledge of Saldeo Smart application – will be an advantage
