Overview

The Revenue Cycle Management Specialist is responsible for working the accounts receivable with a focus on denial management and revenue recovery. This is a fully remote position based in the Philippines, requiring full-time availability during U.S. Eastern Time hours.

In Short

  • Monitor claim status and resolve issues for reimbursement.
  • Coordinate with insurance payers for payment variances.
  • Prepare, review, and submit claims to insurance payers.
  • Analyze claim denials and submit corrected claims or appeals.
  • Track revenue cycle KPIs and maintain compliance with regulations.
  • Provide leadership with performance reports and updates.
  • Stay current with billing guidelines and payer requirements.
  • Work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Help shape the future of autism care for children and families.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years in medical billing or revenue cycle operations.
  • Knowledge of health insurance payers and policies.
  • Experience with Behavioral Health or ABA Therapy preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in EMR/EHR and practice management systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and time management skills.
