• Manage authorizations and process claims.
• Reconcile accounts while maintaining compliance.
• Support management of authorization workflows.
• Follow up on denied or unpaid claims.

• Maintain payer portals and accounts receivables.
• Read and understand billing reports and spreadsheets.

Requirements

• Experience in Revenue Cycle Management.
• Proficiency in claims processing and authorization management.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to communicate effectively with families and clinical teams.
• Familiarity with Central Reach software.
• Knowledge of compliance in revenue cycle processes.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Experience in accounts receivables management.
• Ability to generate and update spreadsheets.
