• Serve as the first point of contact for existing customers, handling inquiries related to scheduling, billing, and issue resolution
• Act as the first point of contact for new customers by educating prospects on services and pricing
• Maintain accurate customer records and generate custom reports within the CRM system
• Communicate regularly and effectively with field technicians, support staff, and supervisors
• Follow up on open inquiries, scheduled appointments, and unresolved issues
• Adhere to internal processes, service standards, and response time expectations
