As a Customer Service Representative at Frontier, you will be part of a fully remote team dedicated to providing exceptional support to customers, guiding them through their purchases and solving logistical challenges.

In Short

• Provide top-tier support via email, live chat, and some phone support.
• Help customers navigate the website, place orders, and track shipments.
• Upsell products to enhance customer outdoor projects.
• Manage tickets regarding damaged items or shipping errors.
• Complete daily/weekly tasks and assist with ad-hoc projects.

Requirements

• Exceptional communication skills and friendly phone presence.
• Self-starter attitude with ownership of customer experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and tools simultaneously.
• Dependability and availability for the required shift.
• Previous call center experience preferred.
