Overview

The Associate Product Consultant serves as the voice of Moen, providing exceptional customer service regarding product inquiries, installations, and warranties.

In Short

• Provide world-class customer service to consumers.
• Receive over 200 hours of paid virtual training.
• Handle a high volume of incoming calls.
• Develop knowledge of Moen products to assist consumers.
• Navigate multiple databases for quick responses.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, call center preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bi-lingual in French or Spanish is a plus.
• Proficient PC skills.
• Must meet internet speed requirements.
• Available for training from March 9, 2026, to April 3, 2026.
• Flexible schedule required.
