In Short

  • Provide exceptional member support via phone, chat, and email.
  • Educate members on their healthcare benefits.
  • Assist members in finding the best care.
  • Handle complex conversations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Work with other departments to resolve issues.
  • Identify and escalate member feedback.
  • Stay updated on evolving procedures.
  • Protect member privacy and comply with HIPAA.
  • Work Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM PT.
  • This is a fully remote position.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of call center/customer service experience.
  • Healthcare experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Openness to feedback.
  • Technical proficiency with customer service platforms like Zendesk.
  • Ability to adapt in a rapidly evolving startup environment.
  • Passion for transforming healthcare.

Benefits

  • Base compensation of $22/hr, with a $0.50 bump for bilingual candidates.
