Overview

The CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE I is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our network of agents, handling a high volume of inbound calls and chats.

• Handle a high volume of inbound phone calls and chats.

Requirements

• 1-year minimum customer service experience in a call center environment preferred.
• High school graduate or equivalent education required.
• Positive attitude and high level of integrity required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong work ethic and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to operate dual screens.
• Knowledge of department metrics for call handling and quality.
