Overview

The Specialist I, RCM performs revenue cycle management activities for assigned patient and insurance accounts, assisting colleagues and global partner teams while ensuring tasks are accomplished effectively and timely.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience in medical billing or collections.
• Certification as CCS-P, CPC, or CCA required.
• Knowledge of healthcare carriers and payer requirements.
• Intermediate skill in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
