The Sr. Analyst I, Financial provides reliable and insightful financial planning and analysis support, working with division leadership to enhance business performance.

• Provide financial planning and analysis support.
• Analyze financial results and prepare expense forecasts.
• Create and analyze financial reports.
• Perform financial forecasting and account reconciliation.
• Assist in annual planning and budget maintenance.
• Review purchase requests for accuracy.
• Develop integrated revenue/expense analyses and projections.
• Maintain headcount updates and resource allocation.
• Perform financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Assist in the implementation of new business intelligence tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
• 4+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).
• Strong experience with financial systems, especially SAP.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau and PowerBI.
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to establish effective working relationships.
