Overview

The Revenue Cycle Client Manager II is responsible for supporting the management of client relationships and assisting in the successful execution of the revenue cycle.

In Short

  • Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Support the delivery of contracted services.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service delivery.
  • Address client inquiries and maintain performance standards.
  • Participate in meetings with client contacts.
  • Monitor RCM support requests and collaborate with teams.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Support adherence to best practices and policies.
  • Perform other duties that support the overall objective.
  • Provide basic revenue cycle management expertise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service or revenue cycle management.
  • Basic knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to support multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
