Overview

The Client Manager at Luminare Health is responsible for developing and managing client, broker, and vendor relationships to ensure outstanding service and satisfaction within the Major client segment.

In Short

• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Collaborate with the Blue Cross Blue Shield account management team.
• Manage reporting and plan operations.
• Support and service clients with 2,000-10,000 employees.
• Maintain senior management level contact with clients.
• Retain assigned book of business and identify growth opportunities.
• Knowledgeable in self-insured clients and stop loss.
• Participate in internal projects.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills required.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 3-5 years of client management experience.
• Results-oriented and self-motivated.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact with senior level executives.
• Thorough understanding of self-funding and employee benefit plans.
• Knowledge of benefit-related federal laws.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Preferred: College degree and state insurance license.
