The Client Manager role is a hybrid position focused on sales, account management, and service, responsible for managing and driving revenue growth within an existing client base.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Background in Financial Services preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Experian preferred.
  • Solid business acumen in credit/risk/fraud.
  • Self-motivated with critical thinking skills.
  • Fast learner with the ability to learn independently.
  • Coachable with a quest for continuous learning.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • 2+ years of customer-facing and sales experience preferred.
