Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • 3+ years experience in healthcare technology
  • Proven track record with enterprise-scale products
  • Experience in Agile product development
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Familiarity with product and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence)
  • Experience influencing senior team members
  • Ability to define success metrics
  • Experience mentoring product managers is a plus
  • Ability to balance strategy with execution
