Overview

The Product Owner will play a crucial role in supporting Experian Health's revenue cycle payment products, driving innovation and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

In Short

  • Support Experian Health's revenue cycle payment products.
  • Use SQL for data exploration and validation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Development, QA, and UX/UI.
  • Manage product backlog based on business and customer value.
  • Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
  • Gather user feedback for continuous product improvement.
  • Champion product innovation based on vision and roadmap.
  • Support product launches and report on impact.

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in a Product Owner or Business Analyst role.
  • 2+ years' experience with healthcare technology or SaaS platforms.
  • 2+ years' experience with HIPAA and healthcare data compliance.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
