Overview

As the Product Owner, you will play an important role in supporting Experian Health's revenue cycle payment products, collaborating with various teams to manage product development and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

In Short

  • Champion innovation and improvement of the product.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and UX/UI.
  • Manage product backlog based on business and customer value.
  • Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Support product launches and gather user feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations like HIPAA.
  • Use SQL for data validation and support analytical workflows.
  • Obtain internal approvals for new capabilities.
  • Balance features, support work, and technical improvements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst.
  • 2+ years in healthcare technology or SaaS platforms.
  • Experience with healthcare data privacy standards (HIPAA).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience with payments in a hospital revenue cycle.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience with tools like Epic is a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
