Overview

The Product Owner will play a key role in supporting Experian Health's revenue cycle payment products, collaborating with various teams to ensure product success.

In Short

  • Use SQL to support analytical workflows.
  • Champion product innovation and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development and QA.
  • Manage product backlog based on business value.
  • Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Support product launches and gather user feedback.
  • Work with Product Manager on governance approvals.
  • Balance features, support work, and technical improvements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst.
  • 2+ years with healthcare technology or SaaS platforms.
  • Experience with HIPAA and healthcare data privacy standards.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience with payments in a hospital-based revenue cycle.
