• Manage period bids for customers
• Processing information requests from customers
• Coordinate and present webinars for potential and existing customers
• Perform sales analysis
• Establish and deepen relationships with clients
• Conduct on-going meetings and calls with customers
• Proactively anticipate customer needs
• Identify opportunities for potential up sell of Platform services
• Organize and conduct on-boarding of customers
• Track all client activity and opportunities in Salesforce

Requirements

• 4-year Bachelors’ degree or relevant experience required
• Efficient, detail oriented, and well organized
• Excellent computer skills, including expertise with MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Able to organize and manage sales information
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Food service industry experience a plus
• Past experience related to customer service or project management helpful
