Overview

The Sales Director will be responsible for leading and running the entire sales cycle. They will drive new and incremental revenue by prospecting, acquiring, and developing new and fast-growing businesses with direct clients.

In Short

  • Identify new sales opportunities across key channels to increase sales volume
  • Sell into C-level, VP, and Director level suite
  • Apply InsideTrack’s sales process methodology, solution selling, to drive new direct and cross-sell opportunities
  • Lead customer engagement from lead generation to deal review, negotiation, and closing
  • Create compelling proposals, generate sales, and drive revenue
  • Plan and manage sales performance, forecasting, and revenue generation
  • Understand the foodservice market needs, supply chain and SaaS technology mechanics
  • Achieve short- and long-term sales growth
  • Develop and maintain opportunity pipeline in Salesforce
  • Work with Marketing Team to support industry marketing programs

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development and relationship building
  • Ability to work independently to manage quota and sales pipeline
  • Hunter experience with advanced close capabilities
  • Experience in team collaboration with marketing and implementation
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient in Salesforce, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Understanding of contracts and negotiations
  • Knowledge of sales pipeline management
  • Valid driver’s license
