Overview

Source1 is seeking to hire a new Client Manager who will be responsible for managing new and current accounts, working closely with clients to add additional account revenue and ensuring effective communication within the team and with clients.

In Short

  • Manage new and current accounts
  • Conduct a minimum of 50 daily client outreaches
  • Establish and deepen client relationships
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients
  • Organize onboarding of clients
  • Identify upsell opportunities
  • Log activities and client data in CRM systems
  • Market new programs and services
  • Facilitate customer portals
  • Travel to visit clients as needed

Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • 1+ years of sales calling experience
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
  • Hospitality experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Valid driver's license
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to change
