In Short

• Manage top Dining Alliance members (200-300 parent accounts)
• Establish and deepen relationships with members
• Conduct regular meetings with clients
• Identify upsell opportunities
• Track member activity in Salesforce
• Act as the point person for clients and internal departments

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Account Management or related fields
• Bachelor’s degree or related experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Flexibility in fast-paced environments
• Working knowledge of CRM or Salesforce
• Preferred experience in upselling and retention
• Potential travel once a quarter
