Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in revenue cycle management for medical practices.
• Experience in a client-facing RCM role preferred.
• Knowledge of medical billing/coding and healthcare processes.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication skills required.
• Excellent client-facing and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage information across multiple systems.
• Understanding of various insurance carriers.
