In Short

• Join the FP&A team as a Senior Financial Analyst.
• Develop and enhance financial reports and analytics.
• Conduct Budget vs. Actuals (BVA) Analysis.
• Own revenue forecasting and scenario planning.
• Act as a trusted advisor to Sales and Marketing leadership.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support commission calculations and planning.
• Assist with executive and investor reporting.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
• 5+ years of FP&A or Corporate Finance experience.
• Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and revenue recognition.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Motivated and results-oriented.
• Aptitude for managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
